Welcome to the first week of your No Waste Meal Plan Challenge! The goal, by the end of the 4 weeks, is to use up all of the ingredients you purchase, so there is no wasted food. Each week, you will receive an email with the week’s content and the link to the page. On that page you will find links for the week’s grocery list, the overall meal plan, and printable versions of the recipes. The recipes will be linked at the bottom of the post as well if you prefer to pull them up online rather than printing. We are trying to reduce waste, right?! Your longest recipe this week is the chicken fried rice, so I would suggest making that a weekend meal.
Remember, you don’t have to make your meals in the exact order I give. Just make sure you make them all in the same week to go along with your grocery lists.
